Returns & Replacements
Custom items are made to order, so we replace items for defects rather than refund.
We will replace any item that arrives misprinted, damaged, or lost in transit.
• Time window: within 30 days of delivery (contact us first).
• What we need: order number + photos of the issue.
Sizing changes / buyer’s remorse:
• Because items are custom printed, we can’t accept general returns.
• If you need a different size, contact us—one-time reprint at cost may be possible.
